Background: IL-22 R alpha 1

Human IL-22 R (also known as CRF2-9 and IL-22 Ra1), is a 557 amino acid (aa) type I transmembrane protein that contains a 188 aa extracellular region, a 23 aa transmembrane segment, and a 346 aa cytoplasmic domain. The extracellular region contains two fibronectin type III domains.
