KNTC1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot 1) and rabbit anti-KNTC1 antibody NB100-88131. For blotting immunoprecipitated KNTC1, NB100-88130 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
