Immunoprecipitation:LZTFL1 AntibodyNBP3-29320] -Detection of human LZTFL1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-LZTFL1 antibody (NBP3-29320 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. LZTFL1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-LZTFL1.. For blotting immunoprecipitated LZTFL1, was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for LZTFL1 Antibody - BSA Free
