Midazolam was used to test a response of GABA-A receptors in cerebellar granule cells; the compound has shown a clear potentiatory effect. Figure: evoked EPSCs under control (black) and with 10 microM of Midazolam in perfusion solution (white).
It worked as planned, never had any issues.
