Immunoprecipitation:MTMR6 AntibodyNBP3-29397] -Detection of human MTMR6 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MTMR6 antibody NBP3-29397 (lot NBP3-29397-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. MTMR6 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MTMR6 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated MTMR6, NBP3-29397 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Phosphatase that acts on lipids with a phosphoinositol headgroup. Acts as a negative regulator of KCNN4/KCa3.1 channel activity in CD4+ T-cells possibly by decreasing intracellular levels of phosphatidylinositol-3 phosphatase. Negatively regulates proliferation of reactivated CD4+ T-cells
