Immunoprecipitation:OSBPL10 AntibodyNBP3-29262] -Detection of human OSBPL10/ORP10 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-OSBPL10/ORP10 antibody NBP3-29262 (lot NBP3-29262-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. OSBPL10/ORP10 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-OSBPL10/ORP10 antibody BL19171. For blotting immunoprecipitated OSBPL10/ORP10, NBP3-29262 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

OSBPL10 encodes a member of the oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP) family, a group of intracellular lipid receptors. Like most members, the encoded protein contains an N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain and a highly conserved C-terminal OSBP-like sterol-binding domain.
