Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PHC3 antibody NB100-77312 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. PHC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PHC3 antibody NB100-77313. For blotting immunoprecipitated PHC3, NB100-77312 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
