Immunoprecipitation:PPP1R14B AntibodyNBP3-29459] -Detection of human PPP1R14B by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPP1R14B antibody NBP3-29459 used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. PPP1R14B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PPP1R14B., which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PPP1R14B, NBP3-29459 was used at 1 µg/ml.
