Western Blot: PTP sigma/PTPRS Antibody (1H6) [H00005802-M01] - Characterization of purified monoclonal antibodies targeting RPTP sigma.COS7 cells were transfected with either human RPTP sigma (hRPTP sigma ) or mouse RPTP sigma (HA-mRPTPs) & 24 hrs post-transfection, western blot (A) & immunoprecipitation (B) analysis was performed using the indicated purified monoclonal antibodies. Antibody 1H6 reacted with both forms was used as positive control. Actin was the loading controls. C: Differentiated SH-SY5Y cells were immunostained using the purified 1.3H12 or 4.5H5 monoclonal antibodies for RPTP sigma (green), Dapi for the nucleus (blue) & Phalloidin for actin (red). IgG was used as negative control. Image collected & cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://dx.plos.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0178489), licensed under a CC-BY license.
