The Fpg FLARE (Fragment Length Analysis using Repair Enzymes) Assay Kit provides the ability to probe for oxidative DNA damage in single cells using E.coli Fpg (Formamidopyrimidine-DNA Glycosylase) in conjunction with comet assay. The kit includes the E.coli Fpg enzyme and buffers, comet assay reagents, and FLARE slides.
