Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Rtf1 antibody NB600-278 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. Rtf1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RTF1 antibodies NB600-277 and NB100-61052. For blotting immunoprecipitated Rtf1, NB600-278 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
