In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Serpin B8, rhSerpin B9, and rhSerpin B6 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSerpin A1, D1, E2, I2, recombinant mouse Serpin A1, C1, E1, F1, and F2 is observed.
