Immunoprecipitation:Sin3A-associated protein AntibodyNBP3-29463] -Detection of human SAP130 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SAP130 antibody NBP3-29463 used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. SAP130 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SAP130., which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SAP130, A302-490A was used at 0.4 µg/ml.
