Immunoprecipitation:TMTC3 AntibodyNBP3-29449] -Detection of human TMTC3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMTC3 antibody (NBP3-29449 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. TMTC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMTC3.. For blotting immunoprecipitated TMTC3, NBP3-29449 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for TMTC3 Antibody - BSA Free
