GAPDH primer Products

Primers are designed to amplify DNA in exon 1 of the human GAPDH gene locus. GAPDH is an actively transcribed housekeeping gene with significant expression in all cell types. GAPDH is associated with modified histones targeted to active genes. Primer sets come premixed with forward and reverse primers at a concentration of 10 uM. Primers are compatible with all real-time PCR chemistries. Each primer set has been tested and validated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
