GPR1 CDNA Clones

GPR1 is a receptor for the inflammation-associated leukocyte chemoattractant chemerin/RARRES2 suggesting a role for this receptor in the regulation of inflammation. GPR1 can act as a coreceptor for HIV-1. A specific conformation of GPR1 may interact with HIV-1 in a strain-dependent manner. Identification of a factor that is critical to make this conformation will contribute to understanding the mechanism of co-receptor function of GPCRs.
