RNF145 Proteins and Enzymes

The RNF145 gene encodes a RING finger protein 145 that exists in a total of five isoforms. Isoform 1 is 663 amino acids long and 75 kDA, isoform 2 is 691 amino acid long at 78 kDA, isoform 3 is 680 amino acids long at 77 kDA, isoform 4 is 677 amino acids long at 77 kDA, and isoform 5 is 693 amino acids long at 79 kDA. RNF145 is known to interact with the UBC gene.
