SKI Proteins and Enzymes

SKI is an avian sarcoma virus oncogene homolog best known for inhibiting TGF-beta signaling through its association with the SMAD proteins. SKI contains an N-terminal Cys-rich region and a C-terminal coiled-coil oligomerization domain.
