Sp3 Lysates

Sp3 is a member of the Sp1 family of C2H2-zinc-finger transcription factors. Sp3 binds to GT and GC boxes in promoters and can either stimulate or repress transcription. Knock-out mice indicate that Sp3 is important particularly in erythroid and myeloid cell lineages.
