Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ATMIN antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. ATMIN was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ATMIN antibody NBP1-79015 which recognizes an upstream epitope.
