Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-COPB1 antibody NBP2-41358 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. COPB1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-COPB1 antibody NBP2-41358. For blotting immunoprecipitated COPB1, it was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
