Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified goat anti-BLM antibody NB100-324 (lot NB100-324-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. BLM was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-324-1) and rabbit anti-BLM antibody NB100-214. For blotting immunoprecipitated BLM, NB100-324 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
