Western Blot: Blooms Syndrome Protein Blm Antibody [NB100-324]
Western Blot: Blooms Syndrome Protein Blm Antibody [NB100-324] - Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BLM antibody used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Immunoprecipitation: Blooms Syndrome Protein Blm Antibody [NB100-324]
Immunoprecipitation: Blooms Syndrome Protein Blm Antibody [NB100-324] - Detection of human BLM by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified goat anti-BLM antibody NB100-324 (lot NB100-324-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. BLM was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-324-1) and rabbit anti-BLM antibody NB100-214. For blotting immunoprecipitated BLM, NB100-324 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for Blooms Syndrome Protein Blm Antibody - BSA Free
