BTB1 is a selective and ATP-competitive mitotic kinesin Kif18A inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 1.7 μM); reversibly inhibits microtubule-stimulated Kif18A ATPase activity. Displays selectivity against a panel of other mitotic kinesins.
