Scientific Data Images for Human Fetuin B Antibody
Detection of Human Fetuin B by Western Blot.
Western blot shows human serum. PVDF membrane was probed with 5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Fetuin B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17251) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Fetuin B at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of Human Fetuin B by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of human placenta tissue, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Fetuin B at approximately 62 kDa (as indicated) using 50 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Fetuin B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17251). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system. Non-specific interaction with the 230 kDa Simple Western standard may be seen with this antibody.Applications for Human Fetuin B Antibody
