Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse Bub3 Antibody
Detection of Human/Mouse Bub3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse Bub3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5706) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for Bub3 at approximately 43 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Applications for Human/Mouse Bub3 Antibody
