Scientific Data Images for Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (806116)
Detection of Human and Rat Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7679) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Human Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, loaded at 0.5 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 at approximately 98 kDa (as indicated) using 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Rat Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7679). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Applications for Histone Deacetylase 2/HDAC2 Antibody (806116)
