Specificity

Detects human VEGF-B in direct ELISAs and Western blots. Recognizes both the 167 and the 186 amino acid isoforms of human VEGF-B. In direct ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with any isoforms of recombinant human (rh) VEGF or rmVEGF-B or with rhVEGF-C, rhVEGF-D, rhCTGF, rhLDGF, or rrVEGF164.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
