  Results from test run which included a successful curve but no values in samples (including LH surge)

  Kit was run per protocol (by an operator with 17 years' experience running probably thousands of ELISAs by now). To test if the kit can measure LH in normally-cycling monkeys as advertised, we tested sets of serum samples from four different animals including the LH surge and negative controls, plus known-positive QCs. At this point, we'd find a product useful that could distinguish an LH surge from a non-surge sample, but this kit cannot even do that. If it works at all, it is not even close to sensitive enough to measure normal values in monkeys.
