WB: Approx. 125 kDa band observed in mouse fetal kidney lysates (calculated MW of 133 kDa band according to NP_001074519.2). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
