INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

Substrate Reagent Pack contains 16 vials of TMB ELISA Substrate producing color development when contacting HRP-conjugated or biotinylated, streptavidin-HRP bound detection antibodies.   

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable up to expiration date stated on the label when handled properly, for both opened and unopened bottles. Do not pipette directly from bottles; pour only what is needed. Do not return unused material to bottles, keep TMB Substrate protected from sunlight and other UV sources.

REAGENT PREPARATION

Warm to room temperature before use. Protect from light. Add 100 µL to each well and incubate at room temperature for 20 minutes while protecting from light. Add Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994B or DY994B-250) and read the microplate.
