Affinity purified rabbit anti-SUV3 antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. SUV3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SUV3 antibody NBP1-71812, which recognizes an upstream epitope.

SUPV3L1 is an ATPase and DNA/RNA helicase able to unwind DNA/DNA, DNA/RNA and RNA/RNA duplexes in the 5'-3' direction. SUPV3L1 may protect cells from apoptosis.
