TMB and Stop Solution Pack

iNTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

1 bottle of TMB ELISA Substrate (250mL) and 1 bottle of ELISA Stop Solution (250mL).

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 30 days after opening when stored at 2-8 °C.

REAGENT PREPARATION

Warm to room temperature before use. Protect from light. Add 100 µL of TMB ELISA Substrate to each well and incubate at room temperature for 20 minutes while protecting from light. Add 100 µL/well of ELISA Stop Solution. If the color of the wells is green or the color change does not appear to be uniform, gently tap the plate to ensure thorough mixing. Measure the optical density of each well within 30 minutes using a microplate reader at 450 nm.
