Immunoprecipitation: TRPC3 Antibody [NBP2-32258] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRPC3 antibody NBP2-32258 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. TRPC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TRPC3 antibody BL16089. For blotting immunoprecipitated TRPC3, NBP2-32258 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for TRPC3 Antibody - BSA Free
