Western Blot: UBE2E2 Antibody [NBP1-80573] - Detection of human UBE2E2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 ug) and HeLa (H; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBE2E2 antibody NBP1-80573 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 0.4 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. UBE2E2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UBE2E2 antibody NBP1-80572, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).Applications for UBE2E2 Antibody
