673 A
Chemical Name: 4-(1,3-Dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-yl)benzaldehyde
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
673 A is an aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH1A) inhibitor (IC50 values are 230, 246 and 348 nM for ALDH1A2, ALDH1A1 and ALDH1A3, respectively). Exhibits >40-fold selectivity for ALD1A over ALDH2. Depletes CD133+ cancer stem cells (CSC) in ovarian cancer cell lines. Triggers necroptosis in ovarian CSCs and induces expression of mitochondrial uncoupling proteins (UCP). Overcomes chemotherapy resistance in vivo.Technical Data
