Immunohistochemistry;ACTR2 Antibody[NBP3-29790]
Immunohistochemistry;ACTR2 Antibody[NBP3-29790]Detection of human ACTR2 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human skin squamous cell carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ACTR2 used at a dilution of 1:5,000. Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation:ACTR2 AntibodyNBP3-29809] -
Immunoprecipitation:ACTR2 AntibodyNBP3-29809] -Detection of human ACTR2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ACTR2 antibody NBP3-29809 (lot NBP3-29809-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ACTR2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ACTR2.. For blotting immunoprecipitated ACTR2, NBP3-29809 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for ACTR2 Antibody - BSA Free
