Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18368]-Detection of human ARMC6 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARMC6 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ARMC6 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ARMC6 antibody.
