Application: Western BlotSample Tested: 293T overexpression ASGR2-GFPSpecies: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 10/02/2020It picked up the ASGR2-GFP fusion protein bands in western blot assay without any problem. However, the signal is not very strong, and with some background. It did not work in my native expressor cell lines.
