Calcium channel blocker. Also inhibits Na+/Ca2+ exchange (NCX), sodium channels and cardiac sarcolemmal KATP channels; opens mitochondrial KATP channels. Antiarrhythmic and antihypertensive; acts as a calcium sensitizer.Technical Data
