BML 111 is a FPR2 (lipoxin A₄ receptor) agonist. Suppresses tumor-related angiogenesis and reduces tumor growth in hepatoma H22 cell bearing mice. Also protects against hemorrhagic shock-induced acute lung injury in rats. Lipoxin A₄ analog.
