Biological Activity
Bryostatin 3 is a potent protein kinase C activator (KI = 2.75 nM). Attenuates phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (Cat. No. 1201) inhibition of GH4C1 pituitary cell proliferation in vitro.Technical Data
