Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CENPF Antibody (7F11.2) [NBP3-13730] - Immunofluorescent staining of mitotic U2OS cells with mitosin/CENP-F antibody NBP3-13730 (green) at 1:500 dilution. Cells were pre-extracted with ice-cold CSK buffer (0.5% Triton X-100, 300 mM Sucrose, 10 mM PIPES, pH8.0) for 4 min, followed by fixation with 4% PFA and regular IFA procedure.
