Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29206]-Detection of human CIP29 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CIP29 antibody used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CIP29 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CIP29 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CIP29, was used at 0. 4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
