Coenzyme Q10 is a component of the mitochondrial transporter chain that behaves as a powerful antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 displays neuroprotective activity. In an animal model of Huntington's disease, Coenzyme Q10 extends survival and delays disease; this effect is more pronounced when combined with Remacemide hydrochloride (Cat. No. 1622).
