Biological Activity

CRBN5-SNAP2-1C-PIP is a Degrader (PROTAC®) of SNAP-tag™ labeled fusion proteins (Dmax = 75% at 1 μM). CRBN5-SNAP2-1C-PIP recruits cereblon E3 ligase to induce the degradation of SNAP-fusion proteins.
