CRT 0105950 is a potent LIMK1/2 inhibitor (IC₅₀ values are 0.3 and 1 nM at LIMK 1 and 2, respectively). Disrupts microtubule organization, inhibits cofilin phosphorylation and increases α-tubulin acetylation in vitro.
