Immunoprecipitation:Cyclin A2 AntibodyNBP3-29913] -Detection of human CCNA2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCNA2 antibody NBP3-29913 (lot NBP3-29913-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CCNA2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCNA2 antibodies for blotting immunoprecipitated CCNA2, NBP3-29913 was used at 1 µg/ml.
