Immunoprecipitation:D4-GDI/RhoGDI2 AntibodyNBP3-29104] -Detection of human ARHGDIB/D4-GDI by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARHGDIB/D4-GDI antibody (NBP3-29104 lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ARHGDIB/D4-GDI was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NBP3-29104 lot 1) and rabbit anti-ARHGDIB/D4-GDI antibody Brother. For blotting immunoprecipitated ARHGDIB/D4-GDI, NBP3-29104 was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.Applications for D4-GDI/RhoGDI2 Antibody - BSA Free
