DCPS Antibody (OTI4H8)[NBP2-45650]Simple Western� analysis of endogenous protein EGFR from HELA lysates (0.1 mg/mL) using EGFR Mouse Monoclonal Antibody. The virtual lane view (left) shows the target (as indicated) at a 1:50 dilution of primary antibody. The corresponding electropherogram view (right) plots chemiluminescence by molecular weight along the capillary at a 1:50 dilution of primary antibody. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions on the Jess� Simple Western instrument from ProteinSimple, a Bio-Techne brand, using the 12�230 kDa Separation Module.

Background: DCPS

Necessary for the complete degradation of mRNAs, both in normal mRNA turnover and in nonsense-mediated mRNA decay. Removes the 7-methyl guanine cap structure from mRNA fragments shorter than 10 nucleotides that are produced by 3'->5' exosome-mediated mRNA decay. Releases m7GMP. Can also degrade m7GDP to m7GMP. Has no activity towards mRNA molecules longer than 25 nucleotides
