Biological Activity

DJ-V 159 is a GPRC6A agonist. Activates ERK and stimulates cAMP production in GPRC6A expressing HEK-293 cells. Stimulates insulin secretion from mouse β-cells in vitro. Reduces blood glucose levels in mice in vivo.
